Gippsland, the Victorian region located in the south-east of the state, had the most sought-after land in Victoria with a median price per hectare of $11,002. The region experienced a median price decline of 5.9% last year after two consecutive years of growth of ~15%. Prolonged drought conditions were the reason for this decline.
